When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
How can I track my package?
Use the tracking number in your confirmation email to track your order. Any questions about the shipping of your order after its shipped should be directed to the shipping provider.
My order says it was delivered, but it’s not here.
If your order shows as delivered, but it hasn’t arrived, contact the shipping provider directly about your order.
My package is lost, stolen, or missing.
We’re sorry your item hasn’t made it to you. If this came as a result of a shipping error, please contact your shipping provider directly and immediately. We do not replace lost, stolen, or missing orders - but please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
All relics come with a lifetime warranty that covers free repairs and resizing. Please note: Damaged stones or antiquities cannot be replaced and warranty does not include repolishing or plating. Contact email@example.com to start a repair. All pieces that are not solid gold do not have a warranty and are not eligible for repair.
